Here is some data from CRMLS (Infosparks) regarding average sale prices for Southwest Riverside County. You will notice that we have passed the peak of the market prior to 2007/2008. The chart below shows the run up in pricing over the last 10 years for residential properties here in the SW Riverside County area.

This data gives me some concern over how much steam is left in this Real Estate market locally. If the interest rates remain low, this could indicate a continued increase in pricing, but I don’t see the same levels of increase over the next 12 to 18 months.
